Unhappy need email for google and aol support

my old pc crashed the other day. I have norton 360 with auto back up so i thought i could recover my password file with that. but guess what fOr some WEIRD reason norton excluded all my microsoft works spreadsheet files from my back up. so then i thought I should have a flashdrive and a cd With older versions of the files (and no I DO NOT HAVE A MOBILE PHONE WITH TEXTING). HA BUT NOT ONLY CAN I NOT FIND THE CD I Have no cd player on this new lap top and my flash drive is stuck in the slide closed no matter my efforts to pry it out. google asks me to name the people i have recently emailed, but i do not use that acct to email out and I never set up folders. i get my blog affiliate files ther so now i cannot access my gmail or my blog. I cannot remember the pw to the email acct they send my reset link. I also have an AOL email for a rewards site I cannot get into ugh! bad week...their form also kicks me out. i can give lots of details just not what they ask about in the recover email form

Also you would be better off dumping anything that has Norton as most of their stuff is useless. A thumbnail drive will do more for you. If you want a program to save your passwords roboform works great but it is not free. For a free one you can use Last Pass it works good and you can use it on any computer.

yes i've now heard lots of bad things about Norton but I just resubscribed for a year in January so I am stuck until then. but the whole pkg was only $40 this year and was $35 to re-up last year and the first year I got the whole thing free with mail in rebate

thx for the phone numbers! not sure I would trust the gmail phone numbers as they do not say gmail.com tech support but I will try the aol number - they did have a phone number on their help page but it was just for paid accounts, not for my free email acct.
