What did you do Black Friday??

Who went shopping today?? Did you get any good deals?

Only thing I went out for was ice cream! LOL. The local convenience store had it on sale for $1.99. (reg 4.39)

That was my big Black Friday shopping trip!

we had a choir fundraiser last night selling cocoa at Best Buy before the store opened. *fun* On the way home stopped at WalMarts... store was nearly empty. Racked up on kids clothes - Wii games - DVD's ... and the milk that I went in for. That was ALL the BF shopping I did/

No Black Friday shopping for me. We went to a tree farm and bought our Christmas tree. Hubby got the lights on and the tree topper. Will finish it tomorrow.

I didn't leave the house. Ate leftovers from yesterday and played a game on the wii. I love to shop on Black Friday but there was nothing on sale that I needed or wanted. Tomorrow I am going to go out to eat.

Like Eyore, Bill and I went to a tree farm and bought our tabletop tree (about 4 ft. tall for $20). Went to Meynards and bought lights, which he put on the tree. No gift-shopping madness for us!

I didn't do much on Black Friday since it was raining and I was recovering from a cold so I stayed home. Instead I went to AnimeSols.com where they were having a Black Friday Weekend promotion http://animesols.com/
It's an official streaming site where they crowdfund official DVD series of classic anime like Creamy Mami, Black Jack, Oniisama e, 24 Hour Tezuka Specials, and Hurriance Polymar. I pledged for the 24 Hour Tezuka Specials and Black Jack.

During the evening I was watching Christmas specials like How the Grinch Stole Christmas (animated version)

I stayed home. No need to go shopping as my Christmas shopping is done! All that's left to do is send out the half dozen or so Christmas cards.
