My vacation is coming fast
In less then 30 days I will be back on a cruise ship. This time u will be doing the Monsters of Rock cruise so watching this but with Carnival is driving me nuts. I have done carnival twice (this past Christmas cruise and one in March of 2012) and I know I will probably be safe but it really makes you think about things.
I know I will be over packed now where I wasn't going to do it for this cruise but there is no way I would want to be stuck like this without some extra things on hand.
If you were going on a cruise, what would be a few things you would now pack? My husband always laughs at me for over packing but he never wants for anything where ever we go

Laissez les bon temps rouler! Going to church doesn't make you a Christian any more than standing in a garage makes you a car.** a 4 day work week & sex slaves ~ I say Tyt for PRESIDENT! Not to be taken internally, literally or seriously ....Suki ebaynni IS THAT BETTER ?

Some tall fisherman boots or "slickers" plenty of diposable rubber gloves, hand sanitizer, those wisps toothbrushes...you need no running
water for that and plenty of wipes for self cleaning oh and my sleeping pills so i could sleep most the way through it! lol!
I watched on the news this morning, there were some passengers that said people were walking threw sewage and all that was coming
out of taps were sewage...but one man states that there was plenty of bottled water, and enough food. I guess there were 3
ships that came to their aid and used dingy's to get supplies to them.
Just be safe, wobblypops and let us know how well you enjoyed your cruise!
Smiles.

No advice, have fun. By the way you couldn't get me on cruise ship, can't swim and I keep thinking of the Titanic. That's the ship I would be on. LOL

I do pack those Corlox wipes, I wipe everything down.
I'll probably do the same kind of (over) packing that I normally do except I think I will make sure I stock up on a few extras during the first meal from the buffet lines. I always take different size baggies & I take Cheez-its & pastashios with me.
I always pack extra meds so I would have been fine but my husband doesn't.

I could never do that. Is Carnival the cheapest cruise line out there, sure it is but they made it affordable to almost everyone now & for that I am thankful.
The only reason I am not going to be on a Carnival ship is because the cruise for my favorite type of music is on MSC cruise lines. I'll remain a faithful Carnival cruiser but I will also give other cruise lines my business also. The Baltimore port is less the 2 hours for me & RCCL is there too but they charge so much more for being on the same body of water.
