I never heard of Pilau before so yes, I would love to see the recipe.

I know I should be happy that the hubby cooked but he took my homemade spaghetti sauce which I made from the fresh produce out of my garden & other homegrown gardens & doctored it up with canned diced tomatoes. I was pi$$ed to say the least & you would think after 16 + years & countless of times of me telling him I DO NOT LIKE SPICEY spaghetti sauce that the stupid idiot would know this. He has me so upset that he ruined my sauce with canned crap.

Sorry hubby messed up your Spaghetti sauce.
We had leftovers, sausage, boneless country ribs, baked taters, leftover mac and cheese and some corn.

Hubby fixed his own dinner of fish and I had canned chicken breast (which I happen to like a lot), cottage cheese w/lettuce, chopped pear and some baby carrots. (we won't discuss all the Easter flavored marshmallow candy I had for dessert.) For dinner tonight it's Red Baron pizza with fresh mushrooms, green pepper and mozzarella. Maybe a small salad to go with.
