Wish that would have worked for you. I don't know her, do you know what she went by on here? Maybe you have a old PM from here with her ID on it for here. If you find her ID, you can look and see when she was on last and maybe try to PM her.

thought of trying those (my daughter is in college so I could use her edu address) but then all my amazon gift certs sitting in my account can't transfer over. Ongoing I could use the free trial for 6 months.
