    So, I'm on vacation.......

And I really don't want to go up to my camper this week.

I'm just not into it at all.

I have to go because opening it up and having the three dogs is too much to handle alone.

The pups are doing great, Tucker went to the vet Monday afternoon and weighed in at 10.5 pounds now. Within the next three weeks he'll start losing those razor blade teeth. He is now 13 weeks old today!

Penny and him are making a great team. So much so that she now has to be crated with him when I leave for work because she is now getting into trouble because they are separated and can't snuggle together.

Hopefully once your up there you will start feeling more like being there. Try to have fun and enjoy yourself.

Wow, Tucker is really growing definately weighs more than when I saw him. That's sweet how Penny and Tucker have bonded. I can't think of your other dogs name but how is she doing? Does she mess with the pups or just leaves them alone?

Smokey gets along great with the pups too even though Tucker drives her nuts at times. She does play but she likes it to be on her terms.

Penny's scar is also looking great. There's no signs of the hernia at all and she has a bit of fuzz growing back now.

Tucker can get on the sofa now but he doesn't realize he can do it every time so I still help him out with that and he does all the steps except for the basement steps. They're a little steeper then the rest of the steps in here.

We will be leaving here in a bit so it's time to get ready.

That's good they are all getting along, I remember you had said that Tucker goes after Smokeys tail and she wasn't crazy about that. LOL
She is older so it makes sense that playing would be on her terms.

That's right I forgot about Penny's hernia, glad that went well and is healing good.

I bet that is cute watching Tucker go up and down the steps and get up on the sofa. He is a real cutie, I'll have to come out again this summer and see how he is growing and have a visit with you again.

Are you staying up at the camper all week or just for the weekend? The weather is suppose to warm up again as the week goes by. Hope you enjoy your vacation and time up there.

We will be coming home on Tuesday. Now that I'm up here I'm okay.

Yes, we definitely must get together again so you can see how big he is getting.

Well, I'm home now. We had a nice time but you could see how Smokey was missing her brother, Boomer. She seemed to enjoy herself but she didn't have anyone to do their long crazy runs where they would take off and I wouldn't see them for at least an hour or two. Boomer use to go over to this one man's house and bark until he would allow his collie to come out and play with them. Smokey wasn't too fond of the collie but Boomer was crazy for him.

The pups had a blast and they got to meet around 40 or more people. They did really good and they slept hard every night. I had to force Tucker to go pee throughout the night.

At one point a young teen, Chris, had Tucker on his back giving him a belly run when Tucker happy pee'd himself so off to the tub we went! Penny got to run free without getting into trouble and got to run herself out. Boy is she ever fast.

Sunday night we heard either a baby fox or a baby coyote crying for its mother so I kept a handgun with me just to be safe. We didn't see anything though.

Poor Smokey, I guess that is to be expected that she would miss him especially on things like they used to do. But good she still enjoyed herself.

I guess the pups are just energetic for Smokey.

That's funny Tucker pee'd himself while getting a belly rub, I guess the belly rub felt really good.LOL

Yep, if you were hearing baby fox or a baby coyote crying better to have a gun around, don't want to run into mom and have her come after you or the dogs.

Did you hear about the rabid fox down in the Allentown area?

I'm not sure but I think it may have attacked someone
