We have UVerse and we have never had a problem... but they all have issues w/ someone and some locations. We already know gmyers is at the end of the line as well, which makes her service iffy at best... and that sucks for her because I LOVE my uverse and I wish she could enjoy it as much as we do. I can record 4 things at a time and 3 of them in hd and my dvr capacity is more than twice what it was with time warner... although I have been noticing dish can record up to 6 now ... there's just a problem w/ stability here. The DVRs are also wireless now.
We do not have the landline and our cell is not bundled but our bill is about 220 a month... I have all the movie channels and my husband has the highest possible speed they offer for internet (which is about 100 of it). Why he feels he needs it, I don't know... but whatever. I honestly have never really itemized my bill, I just call them every year or so and tell them I'll switch to dish if they don't gimme something free... and they usually give me most of my movie channels free for about 6-9 months, then you have to wait about 3 months before they'll do it again. So our bill is really only about 150 for most of the year. I hate that you are not loving it... I hope they get it fixed for you so you can start enjoying it more.

I'm just stupified by all the difference prices and charges throughout the country, by suppliers depending which state you live-in, and if you can get the service. Maybe offered by NOT available where you live.
I complain about Time Warner all the time, and your total of TV, Internet, Cell, and landline. I pay arount $130.00 a month, NO Bundels, other then TV/Internet. Yearly I pitch bitc? to Time Warner to keep TV/Internet down and end up getting somekind of Free Service for six months to a year.
Thank God I can't get U-verse here, not AVAILABLE. Live in the country. Not buying end of line for everything you have since most of it is done with airwaves. Don't know how your hooked up for internet, unless it (DSL) for an end of the line excuse. It snows/sleets here, and I'm not gonna go up a ladder to remove leaves, snow, or ice just to watch TV.
