Usually the only time I have problems with Hotmail is when I access it using my Kindle and for the last month Kindle is the only device I can use to get online.

It is not just limited to 1 computer..I have tried on the desktop,laptop, and tablet, and even at my moms..I can only get in about 1 out of every 5 times...frustrating!!
