Hello yesterday I sent a video from my desktop to my laptop and it changed most of the icons (shortcuts) on my desktop like google chrome and my Norton now I go to get in them and says error cant play? I am wondering if anybody can help me figure this out so I dont have to take it to the Best Buy? Thanks

I'm horrible with computers but can you do a system restore to take your computer back to before you sent the video?
