    What are you reading?

Everyone I know is reading The Help but I'm not interested in it. I just finished The Theory of Relativity by Jacquelyn Mitchard and need a new book. Any suggestions?

I was reluctant to read The Help but absolutely loved it. It is one of the most impowering books I have ever read.

I'm currently on Jeffrey Archer kick so I've recently read 'Not a Penny more, Not a Penny Less", "Prisoner of Birth", and am now re-reading Kane and Abel which I haven't read in about 30 years.

I checked out The Help from the library but I just couldn't get into it. I am reading anything by Kristin Hannah. Just finished reading Maine by J. Courtney Sullivan. I liked it and so I checked out Commencement by the same author. Waiting on new works due out in October & November by James Patterson, Nicholas Sparks, Danielle Steel and Jennifer Chiaverini.

I used to read her books and I can't remember where I left off. I'm waiting on a few books I preordered to come out in the next few months and I'm impatient. I forgot I bought Secrets of Eden by Chris Bohjalian from Borders for 90% off before they closed so I'm giving it a try.

Thanks for all the suggestions. I'm going to check out the authors I've never read.

I just finished The Dark Visions series by LJ Smith. I usually read Nicholas Sparks. Recently started the House of Night Series.

I read the help... I adored it and I can not wait to see the movie... but anyways. Right now I'm reading The Lonely Polygamist, I'm not sure who the author is off the top of my head and I'm too lazy to go get my Nook and find out. I will say, after 100 pages or so, I'm not enjoying it very much... but I invested time in this much that I will finish it... lol.

I'm reading the English Chinese bilingual version of "Gone with the Wind". Gosh! I've still got a long way to go. I've been reading it since three months ago. I love the movie, and I decide to read the book cuz I want to improve my English Chinese translation skills.
