Message Notifications
I use to get notified when I had a PM, but it has been about a month now where this is not happening..I checked my settings and I have it marked.
Is this feature disabled?

Now I am having problems---
Nothing is working like it should be. Newbies can't even sign in.
I can't get a hold of anyone.......Alex, Brandon, etc......because the mail notifications aren't working.

Alex hasn't been online since Jan, and Brandon hasn't been here since June 30,th.
