oh those crab legs disgust me... on the weekends there's a chinese buffet that has them all you can eat and my hubby likes to eat them to torture me. I hate the sound of the cracking, the sucking, the juice popping around everywhere... and don't even get me started on the smell... blech... but I do always make them get me a lobster are Red Lobster and I beg them to let me free it, even though there's no salt water around here and I'd have to keep it in my bathtub...

Oh my goodness I live on seafood. That & chicken are the only protiens I can eat. I have a picky habit that I can not eat salmon 0r tuna out of a can. I do use the pouches of tuna & salmon but honestly I prefer my seafood to be fresh. The only seafood I can not tolerate to eat is raw oysters. I am learning to enjoy calamari but I tolerate it more than enjoy it.

SeaFood is my favorite. I'll eat anything from the ocean.

Same here. I just love seafood, all seafood.

I think I ate canned salmon once.....I recall the bones, not a problem for me and I did hear they are good for you. I usually grill/broil fresh salmon or have smoked salmon. Anywho, what other things than patties can one make with canned salmon? And how do you make your patties?

To make the patties, just add an egg or two with some breadcrumbs or crushed up saltines, as whatever spices you want, I like cajun spices in mine, maybye add some chopped onion if you like, mix up, and fry in a skillet with a little oil.

I sometimes get canned salmon & make a pasta salad & throw in some salmon, or a regular salad.

Fish tacos with it would probably be good.

That's what I do, just an egg or two and some crushed up saltines. I don't buy the canned stuff too often because I don't know of anything else to do with it.
