Thread: panic attack

My daughter whose house was partially destroyed by the tornado is still with us, but she is a blessing. But the destruction to the house wasn't. My son fell and shattered his tibia and broke his fibula and landed on his face at the bottom of cement steps so he has had surgery.
Paying bills is tight. I can laugh now finally but it was tough going for several weeks and still is.

I did go to a psychiatrist who said I was suffering from anxiety. LOL like that was a revelation.
She gave me pills. I still can't sleep.
