Lemons for cancer?
The other day at work a lady was talking about how her dad was starting to eat tons of lemons, because they believe (read) that eating lemons is 10,000 times more powerful than radiation.
Does anyone know if this is true? Have you heard of this before?

I wouldn't know if lemons help with cancer but they sure will eat the enamel off your teeth and give you heartburn.

Nor, at this point, can it be said that lemon is a viable alternative to traditional treatments such as chemotherapy. But lemon, like other kinds of citrus

may even reduce the risk of cancer. However, these findings do not give validity to the exaggerated and unsupported claims made in this circulated health report. On both of these sites it doesn't say yes or no to the fact if lemons help fight cancer, but it does talk about possiblility. It seems to me that not enough study has been done about it to prove it either way. I wish they would study it more, or maybe they won't..... because I guess they would loose money from chemo treatments etc. if this was true.
Well, I won't share this with my friend; i dont want to crush her hope.
