I fixed chicken breasts, cauliflower and sweet potatoes. I made a chicken salad with the chicken, lettuce and clementine oranges with raspberry/walnut vinaigrette dressing. Yum!

chicken, broccoli and penne pasta tossed in a homemade goat cheese beschamel sauce. i was brain dead on what to make for supper then a light went on, lol!

We went to Steak N Shake. I had two gift cards. Got lucky we went before four and they knocked off half the price so I can go again with the other card. Between 2 and four you get half off here.
