um in one word.... NO!!

Yes he would, I know how I think of it, but if were to happen who knows what you would do. I think if you kill the person he is dead and not suffering and you are in jail suffering and the child has lost a parent when they need them. I would rather be there for my child and not someone else bringing the child up or the child end in the hands of the state. We have all heard how wonderful some of the foster homes are. Not saying there aren't some out there that is good but you hear of kids getting molested in them.

Sorry - he's toast. B&E ? I can claim self defense as well as defense of my child. I'll claim tempory insanity if I had too.

An intruder or someone known to me (known to be in the household at the time)? Intruder, self defense, he's toast.....someone known?...I might be too much in shock to react...meaning....incomprehensible to react to.....I don't think my mind would react to make him toast.....although he should be....

okay.....i have had 6 c-sections, all at a risk to my life...
do ya think that i'd allow something like that? the choice is that person, myself, or
my child...i would go down in a heart beat, but that intruder will definatly go down
with me! my child would be spared. this thought makes me sad.

I may not kill the person, but I would do my best to keep them there until the police arrived. And I would do my best to defend the child if I could do it without killing the person. If it came down to it I guess I would if I had to. So don't think I would stand by and do nothing. But like I said we never really know what we will do until put in the spot. It's easy to say one thing and do another.

NO...and I have a pond with gators in it and a bulldozer and backhoe along with a 100 acres of swampland...But better yet maybe tie him to a tree and let the ants and bugs and wild hogs naw on him for a while..so he could suffer for a while...
