My sister has one & loves it. She uses it on her tile floor in her kitchen.

I am having bamboo flooring put in my kitchen & am thinking about getting one as well.

My sister has one and it stopped working. I went online and was reading reviews and a lot of people were saying that they worked great, but after a while the holes where the steam comes out close up from the calcium or something in the water. Also the triggers stop working (possibly for the same reason).

My daughter got one for Christmas...so she hasn't had it long. But, her tile floors have never looked as good as they do now! Plus, her kids think it is fun to do so they willingly help out!

I have the vac then steam. I LOVE LOVE LOVE it. It is so easy to drag out for a quick spot clean. It used to take me a good two hours to sweep, then mop, then dry my tile floors. Now I can be done completely and walking on them in less than half an hour. It's not just easier, but now I actually clean them on a regular basis. It used to be my number one put off til later job.

The lady in front of me at Sam's Club today was buying one. She said her friend had one and was always talking about how great it worked. Military housing has mostly grocery store tiled floors and she said it worked well on them.

I have one and HATE the thing. I got it for Christmas from my Mom. I have mostly hardwood floors so I cant use it on them and I didnt think it really got my tile floors all that clean. Yet I have friends that swear by the thing-same model and everything.

What do you use on your hardwood? I have bamboo going in my kitchen & I thought I could use a steam cleaner. YIKES!

I got the one Walmart had on Black Friday sale for 36.00 and I really like...I still use my regular mop for heavy spills and cleaning (i have two large breed dogs and livestock)..the steam mop is great for in between times and it leaves the floor and room fresh smelling...

I highly recommend distilled water in them if you have any lime or calcium in your water...
