Are you looking for www.slingo.com ? A game site with lots of folks, not unlike Pogo, with lots of members. If so, it's still there.

You were probably playing on AOL. They had it where you were in rooms with other players and it was a lot more fun to see who could fill their card first.
Not sure if they still have it or not. You could get a AOL e-mail address and go check their site.
