i need some gift giving advice...
hubby and i own several rental properties, and every year we give them cookies and a gift certificate to a local restaurant for Christmas, to show our appreciation. this year, one of our houses isnt the typical renter, so i dont know what to get them. all of our houses are rented by families, but one. we have a house full of pilots. we cant really get them a gift certificate for a restaurant, cause, who would get to use it? not the typical, hubby, wife going out to dinner. hubby suggested a gc to a local grocery store, that way they can get a turkey, or whatever and have a nice meal together. what do you think, any other suggestions for five guys? TIA!

Can't go wrong with the home made goodies or maybe a fruit basket. Or maybe pizza gift certifictes. They can all enjoy that.

How about a goodie basket! Coffee and different creamers, crackers, and goodies prepackaged! That way they may share whats in it!

I like the pizza and coffee idea too, although the grocery one is a good idea also. You're a nice landlord

I like the goodie basket idea too.
If you are hooked on the idea of giving them a gift certificate, you could make your own gift certificate that gives them $$ off next months rent.
Honestly, I don't know many landlords who would do something like that for their tennants, so I can imagine anything you choose to do would be wonderful.

I would suggest home cooked anything. Pilots spend so much time away from home that I think homecooked would be good.
