Wow it's been awhile since I've logged on here!
Incase anyone cares things have been great since AJ's been home! Him and Chloe are both in Montessori(magnet school here) and AJ made the honor roll!! He's now playing the clarinet(sp?) for school and he's actually pretty good with it! Chloe's still a diva with a smart mouth...would you believe she seriously looked at me with a straight face and said 'atleast you got one thing right, you made peas' one night at dinner LOL!!!!
My house is complete again, even with all the arguing(they've even had arguements as to whom gets to use the bathroom first!!). My children are the source of my strength, frustration, happiness, insanity, sanity, irritability. They are the definition of unconditional love- if I didn't love em I swear I'd kill 'em...just kidding!!
The ex married that stupid wilderbeast, and of course AJ wasn't invited. Only 9 more years then he can know what a pos his dad is!
I ended up flunking out of school when my mom had her kidney transplant in June as there were some complications. Thank God she's okay now! I'm wanting to start back again but with working full time, doing stuff with the kids( I'm a girl scout troop co-leader for chloe which omg is a lot of work someone should have warned me!) I just can't find the time to focus like I need to. One day I'll make it back!
Hoping everyone has had a wonderful year, and if you haven't it's almost over next year will be better!!!

I too am a Girl Scout leader...yes its a ton of work, but i wouldn't trade it for anything!! Did your troop register to do the post card exchange? If so it would be neat for our troops to exchange!!

I'm not sure. I just became co-leader because the one that was co-leader decided it was best to steal money that the girls were paying in dues! Would you believe she had me paying dues too(because I was a mommy volunteer)! So 2 meetings ago is when this all went down, we're still shocked by it all! The chick didn't even write down people who paid dues and stuff so some people got screwed! Myself another mom and the leader are going to somehow eat that money. UGH!

You mean she charged adult volunteers dues??? HOLY COW that is terrible! Of course I pay dues for my daughter ...but no adults pay dues. That said I often provide supplies for crafts and stuff...if I have it at home or I will buy things cheap at yard sales. Hope you guys can get things back in order soon! At least she didn't have the chance to steal cookie money....that can really add up fast!

Yep, I paid my $12 reg fee plus like 4 meetings of dues! Thankfully the other lady was like, yeah we'll apply that due money to chloe, so chloe's paid ohh until like april!
