    What's in your stuffing?

Looking for some new ideas for Thanksgiving day stuffing

I usually use breakfast sausage and just saute some carrots, celery, onions and green bell pepper in butter in mix it all into the cubed stuffing

This year, I am incorporating boudain into mine. Specifically zummos jalapeno boudain. It's cajun heaven....Cannot buy it here in Georgia so I have to order it in bulk. Luckily several folks at work have fell in love with it. It is a blend of mostly rice, pork, and seasoning. It is gonna be good.

I make cornbread. Boil two chicken breasts with celery and bell pepper in it and use the broth off them. Crumble the cornbread, add the celery and bell pepper from the chicken, boiled eggs, chicken taken off the bone and green onions and cream of chicken soup. I also like to add boudain sometimes too. Its really good that way. I guess mine is dressing not stuffing.

I've never heard of adding hard boiled eggs. Interesting yet gross sounding to me!
