Thread: Ebay feedback question...

so I bought a process on ebay from someone on how to get a coupon...The process didnt work. I told her it didn't work. She didnt offer any money back, commented she couldnt get it to work..
So after 3 days I left neg FB. She then emailed me and asked why I left it. I told her I emailed days ago and asked for my money back...She never replied..She then said she had a life, work and family so she is busy..

So today I write again asking her for my money back, she said she wasnt giving it back because I left neg FB. I said i couldnt change it and I bet paypal would be happy to refund it....She now sent me a form to change my feedback with a note she will reund if I change....

My question would you change the FB even though she deserves it to get your money back, or should I just take it up w/ paypal(leaving the FB)

I guess it depends on how much you spent but I doubt she will refund you and I wouldn't change it personally, she deserved it.

btw I have a good connections on the SB cards if you want the paypal ID.

You're going to be in the I will if you will situation, and then it's like who's going to go first. I'll refund if you change the feedback. Well you don't want to change the feedback until she refunds. File a complaint with Paypal to get a refund and leave it at that.
