It's the same thing when all those people got caught putting up songs I think on Rhapsody several years ago.
in order to make a cd you would have to pay a royalty to each songwriter for every cd you burned. I know people do it all the time but it is way to risky for me.

Just make sure you do not give anyone a copy of this cd/dvd that would be a big no no as you don't "own" the rights to the songs unless you paid for each one for each cd/dvd. I have friends that made cd's for everyone attending their wedding and they got caught (don't know how) and they were sent a very large bill from several record companies and they had a choice pay the bill (which was more than the cost of their very expensive wedding) or go to court. They took a second mortgage on their home and paid the bill but I guarantee you they will never make another cd and give it to anyone.
