normal wear and tear
I have a stack of clothes from my 6 yr old grandson that I was going to sell on ebay. I didn't expect to get much but maybe enough to buy one pair of jeans. I buy most of my 2 grandchildren's clothes.
Anyway for 6 yr old boys, normal wear and tear should mean, yes , holes, stains, rips, tears! I'm not sure I found one garment that was perfect without something wrong with it. When I see those stacks of clothes some moms sell on there I wonder how they train their kids to be so neat and clean.
And in all honesty, the 8 yr old girl can mess up some clothes too.
I think people don't understand I was being ficitious. I mean that is what all my grandson's clothes looked like. There wasn't much of anything that was in sellable/useable condition.

Not sure you are looking for a reply but here goes: I personally would expect someone to indicate a hole, tear, or stain. To me normal wear would mean some color fading from multiple washings or the knees looking slightly more worn than the rest of the garment from the kids being on the ground playing. I take all of my nicer clothing to a consignment shop....anything with a minor hole or tiny stain goes in my yard sale...where I have all clothes fill a bag for a buck. If it has anything major for a tear or stain it goes in the trash, if I wouldn't buy it for my kids to wear I wouldn't try to sell it to someone else.

Oh my dry humor was too dry. I mean that boys seem to normally tear up their clothes. No I couldn't sell these. I also would expect all those things to be shown or described. I guess I just didn't get my point across. I was trying to be funny.
