    Remodeling dot's old room

Dot moved out 3 weeks ago to live with her boyfriend and since then it has taken 3 weeks to clean out her old room...

Still have more cleaning out to do but plan on making the room a guest/sewing/craft room but need some ideas...

We plan to paint the room a light color but don't know where to start...it currently is white and I really want to spruce the walls up.

Then we took the bed/futon and currently using it primarily as a couch...

And We only want to have one dresser in the room as it is only a 10 by 10 foot room.

Any creative ideas appreciated and welcome

    TIA

I would go with a light tan, it gives it color and when and if you are going to sell it, people will not be overwhelm with the color. As for a guest room, you should get a twin bed with just the headboard, and a small night stand in one corner, and then have a table for crafts on the opposite wall of the bed. I'm guessing the closet will be empty, you should store all your craft in there, so when you have guest sleeping over you can quickly and neatly put away all of your crafts. The table can be used for their laptop or for putting their luggage on. HTH

Went to home depot today and found Behr Premium plus with the primer in it (OOPS paint) at $5 a gallon in colors we were looking at.

    And Thank you Qtxann315
