We have leftover creamed veggies (from the garden!!) and stir-fry. Got to clean out the fridge as we have a new one coming tomorrow (I hope it comes in tomorrow.)

I love making fried chicken tenders! I've heard of cornbread..... what is cornbread salad?

It's hot so I think I may throw some burgers on the grill, with corn on the cob and a salad. Baked beans.

I'm making spaghetti sauce a little later today and
having it with either a pasta or ravioli
prob garlic bread, a salad and some fresh fruit

Cornbread salad

4 cups cooked cornbread, crumbled
1 1/2-2 cups mayonnaise
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 large green peppers, chopped
1 (4 ounce) jar pimientos
1/4- 1/2 cup chopped onions
2 large tomatoes, chopped
3/4 cup chopped pecans
Change Measurements: US | Metric

Directions:Prep Time: 30 mins
Total Time: 50 mins
1 Combine all ingredeints together and chill.

Our air cond condenser is frozen up so there was no cooking tonight. We picked up some polish sausage dogs at Costco for the grandkids. I had cheese crackers and my husband had a coke float.
