I do it most of the time. Joe has mowed once since I moved here last September!
I have fewer hours than he does, and he may have to go in on the weekends, so I just do it.
I have a small lawn, though... 30 minutes in the back, and maybe 15 in the front
I just hate top rake the grass afterwardSo hard, not to facepalm some people

Hubby does it. I could do the front if I didn't have a choice but the back has holes from the dogs of the ppl that we bought from so he won't let me anywhere near it... which, quite frankly, is fine w/ me.

we have a service come, they mow, edge and blow away the mess when they are done

My hubby does it at this house. I use to do it at another house with a huge yard and we had a riding lawn mower. I helped with the next house but the back had an incline so my hubby helped with that and we had sold our riding mower by then.
I sometimes help him but we have loads of bushes and trees to mow around. My arms aren't as strong as his for backing up the mower. I help on the straight part. My hubby won't hire it out since he wants the exercise. If it was up to me we would have a yard guy.
