    read anything good lately?

Have you read anything good lately? Fiction or other.
I take my reading by spells. I have read several good ones lately. I will get the names and add later.
I am especially interested in hearing about a good book about some type of self help.

I recommend the book The Glass Castle. It is a true story of Jeanette Walls' very complex childhood. Very excellent read.

I'm currently reading "Under the Dome" by Stephen King. I only like a few of his books and this one is really good. It is definitely a tome and I'm glad it is downloaded to my Kindle as it would be hard to carry around in 'real' form.

    I read constantly.
Never argue with an idiot. It will bring you down to his level and he’ll win because of experience.

It is sad to say the only thing I take time to read are my gossip magazines. Before the age of computer I read hours a day. VC Andrews was my favorite author. I also liked Stephen King. I did start the first Vampire Diaries book when my husband was having testing. I'd read in the waiting room. I really need to take the time to finish it. My daughter has all of the books. We love the series but she said the books are completely different.

Promise Not To Tell by Jennifer McMahon

I just finished that and I've started another book by her. I'm counting the days until the new Janet Evanovich book comes out. She's so funny!
