    What is your outlet?

EVERYBODY has a creative outlet. You may not recognize yours but you have at least one. There is of course, music, art, writing. But there is more, like cooking, or crosswords, or suduku. Hey, even cleaning house can be creative!

Mine is art and writing. Whats yours, and yes you do have one. What gets your juices flowing?

My Spud stuff. I love writing about the adventures of Spud and the Gang at the Rainbow Bridge. Sometimes, the posts that I make here almost mirror my own thoughts at the time.

I also love to embroider, I have done this for years. My Mother taught me how to do it at a very early age, even before I started school. I look upon my embroidering as a gift given to me by my "Mommy".

I like to play my piano. I don't think I'm very good at it but it relaxes me. I love to play Mahjong. That I'm pretty good at and am always trying to find ways to maximize points.

I love the Sudoku... but I really love to cross stitch. I don't do it often cause my hands cramp up, but I do love watching something come to life that I created.

I drink beer and smoke pot...LOL.

Actually I am still trying to find my outlet. I hate saying the computer is but I am afraid that it is.

Mine would be singing. I had a band years ago and still love karaoke. I also love people and I feel I have a gift for the elderly.

Is reading an outlet? Sometimes I will go months without reading a book, then all of a sudden I am reading up a storm. I guess the thing I love to do the most is painting, not freelance, but paint by numbers...lol. I also love to cook, when I am in the mood, I recently began eating a low carb diet so I have been researching that and looking for good recipes to keep it from getting boring. And like Tami, I like to visit the elderly, because they can get lonely, and I always valued my time spent with my grandmothers when they were alive.

I used to love to sew. I enjoy writing. I am working on a biography for my children and grandchildren now. I wish I could sing but I can't even carry a tune. I used to play the piano but we gave ours to one of our children. That about covers it. They are mostly in my past. Oh I love to swim and I am good at that.
