Ab Lounger... any good?
Someone has offered me one of these and I'm just wondering if its any good. Anyone have one and actually use it? I've only seen one close up and it kind of reminds me of a lawn chair that rocks. Its kind of big, so I just want some feedback on it before I start using it for storage LOL

I have one and enjoy it. I haven't used it in a while since we are STILL moving into our new place, so I don't know how well it works (got it right as we were moving, but I did enjoy using it the few times I did. I put it in the living room and just sat on there while watching tv.

We have one and I believe if it's done correctly then you'll feel the "burn". I admit I'm sort of lazy when it comes to using it but my son, who's thin and athletic, uses it and he said he can feel it working. He also doesn't over do it because if he does he's sore the next day.
