I wanted to post this as a 'good to know'.

If you go to this site, you can check to see if you have 'missing money' (maybe a closed bank account, utility bill deposits, etc.). This site is completely legit as I just got a check in the mail today. The money is maintained by the states.

My husband's grandfather just "found" $110!

I love the site....I routinely check there and just 'found' $10....not much, but still $10.

My DH has a refund coming from Penn. from years ago and he went through all the channels a couple years ago to get it, but never got a check. I see he is still on the list, so he should try again. I think it is a car insurance thing. Thanks for the reminder.

Hey, Hey, the first 2 I put in were mine and my son and I got a hit for me and 2 for him. Then I put in a dozen other people and got nothing. How exciting. Mine said 50-100 and his said greater than 100. I'm rich!!! Thank you for this. It was fun.

Holy Crap. Nothing for me, but my dumbass ex-husband has less than $100 to him. Wonder if I should be polite and let him know? Guess I will.

I check this site every so often. H got a check for $60 and we found an old insurance policy of his that was worth $3k+. They gave us a choice of cashing it out or leaving it, so we left it. It may be a cheap funeral, but at least I can bury him now, right?


I just checked it again and found that I have a refund from Safe Auto Insurance. It says less than $100, but Im thinking its less than $10.

I have something from Pepsico Inc. and it doesn't say how much but it might be a rebate for 5 or 10 bucks. I guess I'll find out.

I found this site a couple years ago. I got a paycheck from when I worked at Wendy's when I was a kid lol.
