I have tried both and like blockbuster better. I know it all depends on where u live and how close each ones warehouse is to I. Netflix took longer for me to get. Plus I like the idea that u can take it back or pick them up at blockbuster for no extra charge. They both have free trials right now.

you pay more per month to have the all access.

I have tried both and netflix was faster for me (both located in the same area in MN).
You can get a roku player (79.99) and play the netflix too.
(heard of it, but don't have one)

I have tried both and I like Netflix a LOT better... it only takes a couple days for me to get movies (we get them from Kansas City ~ I live about 90 miles north of there)... with Blockbuster.. it took almost a week for each movie to get here... thats ridiculous.. lol

My family and I subscribe to Netflix for three reasons
    1) We live in the middle of nowhere, the nearest movie theatre is an hour awy
    2) We have TWO movie rental places and they carry none of the newest releases
    3) We have no blockbusters or anything like that

My bro has an Xbox 360 and you can rent movies instantly instead of waiting for it to be mailed to you, we watched 3 movies yesterday one after the other and they loaded instantily. Even for when we didnt, I got a movie every 3 or 4 days, even tho I live in the sticks. So if you are in a rural setting you should get it, but inquire about the nearest shipment location so that you are aware of the time, if it takes a week to get your videos it might be worth it to drive a half hour to walmart ((they have Redboxes, $1 movie rentals))

I've had both, hated blockbuster, I like Netflix. I use my netflix to stream movies through my PS3 most of the time. Netflix has faster service than Blockbuster for me and it was cheaper. Netflix has a larger blu ray selection as well.

I use Netflix, you can watch movies on your PC, PS3, XBOX plus I always get the new releases on the day they are released and I stick the disc in the mail and they send me an email normally the very next day saying they received it back. I only have the $8.99 plan but it works for us.

I think my daughter has the plan you do, she says hers is $9.00 so I am assuming it's the same. She likes it.

I was thinking about giving them a try because, when I go rent movies, I'm usually a day or so late in returning them because of work or weather or some other reason lol

I also have Netflix and love it. Takes about a day for me to get the movies. I mail the ones I watched today, they will get them on Monday and send out my new one's on Monday and I will get them on Tuseday. Now I can't wait for the roku to get here.

Netflix for me too. I just started using their service about 2 months ago. They are so fast, they always email you when they receive what you have returned and when they ship the next one. Their turnaround time is exceptional. I have the 9.00 a month plan. It's great, no late fees to worry about.

I use netflix, and when they email to let you know your next movie is on the way, chances are you will get it that day or next. You can always try them out for free, sign up thru mypoints.
