    Would you?????

Just a random question, okay I am bored. If you knew or knew of a booster(shoplifter) and you had a chance to get items at 50% of their shelf cost would you?? By the way, you would not be at any risk of getting in trouble for it.

There was a time in my life when I would have said yes to this question and not given it a second thought... but there's no way I could do it now... the guilt would completely ruin any joy.

No way! It would be the same thing as stealing it myself because I'd know it was stolen.

Absolutely not. I use to work at a convenience store right out of high school. One of the much older employees was just taking random stuff off the shelf that she wanted or needed and I went to the boss and told him what was going on. We had video survalience, so he watched some of the old videos and sure enough, she was doing exactly what I told him she was.

No, not only for moral reasons, but legal ones as well. It is illegal to receive stolen goods. Even though you arent the thief, you can still do jail time. I would turn them in as well. People like that are the reason retail is so high.

makes me think of the things some people sell on ebay or something, you know they are getting it somehow at "rock bottom" prices.
If I out right knew someone was stealing something to make a profit, then no I wouldn't buy it from them for a much cheaper price.
