What celebrity deaths upset you the most?
With all the recent deaths I have been thinking of which ones shocked and/or upset me the most.The first ones that pop into my mind are;
Christa McCaughliff(sp)
Fred Rogers
Steve Irvin
John Candy
John Ritter
Princess Diana
I am sure there are a lot of others that aren't coming to mind right now.

Heath Ledger really bothered me as well.
Your body is not a temple, its an amusement park. Enjoy the ride. Anthony Bourdain

The story bothered me but I never actually saw any of his movies,so he was a complete stranger to me.

I thought of River too. I really think he'd have had a huge career if he'd been around longer.

Heath Ledger was really the only upsetting one to me. Michael Jackson was shocking but...meh.

This might make me sound like a horrible person, but since I didn't personally know any of them, they didn't really bother me as much as shock. Yes it is so very sad for their family and friends but their death really doesn't impact my day to day life. Just as when I die my death won't impact any celebrities day to day life. KWIM? I do agree that the world has lost a lot of great talent in the last week.

I agree. Although those who've died of late represent a great deal of talent in one way or another and will be missed by someone, I don't know them so I have no emotions invested in them. It's hard to feel upset when you've never felt any real emotion for someone.
I was watching yet another program about Farrah and it's a shame that she will be remembered for Charlie's Angels (she was only on one season) and not as much for her fine acting in The Burning Bed and Small Sacrifices. I don't know if she stood out in any other movies but I was impressed with her acting ability in those two.
