How many of you still have friends from grade school?

Oh my goodness! I am so excited.

My best friend from the 3rd grade is finally here to visit. (After a 16 hour drive) Last time I went to see her was 2 years ago.

We have so much to do, and limited on time due to my work hours. (yuck)

Anywho, it got me thinking. (Ut oh I know)

How many of you still have friends from grade school? and do you talk often?

Wow, that got me to thinking, I am still in touch with 4 friends from grade school, and that was a long while ago since I am now 45 yrs old.... we do keep in touch now and then....

I have a son from someone I have known since 6th grade.(I am almost 29 +7) His sister is one of my best friends.. One of my other best friends comes from a woman that my mother has known since second grade (she's 54) she and I are only 10 months apart..
I have friends I have known since 6th grade and we ALL went to the same high school (or the next one closest in the same city). The man who gave me my first tattoo at 34 I have known since the same period... I live in a state where not many of us leave, but if we did we would not forget the rest of us here... I have a couple friends that have moved from here but we talk all the time... there are at least 17 of us that have been tried and true since 6th grade

I have a few and thanks to Facebook I am reconnecting with a lot more. My BF Cynda I have known since we were born (both born in the same hospital, she was born a day after me and they lived across the street from us LOL). They moved right before we started high school so we didnt go to HS together but we have kept in touch all of these yrs. Another one I met in 5th grade and 3 others from 6th grade. We all went to HS together too so it was easier to stay in touch.

from grade school not many...we moved a lot thanks to the marine corp. A couple that I was in third grade with...but we only talk on facebook.

I have one who lives in another state and we email everyday. I have 2 others that I email one about every month and the other I see about once every 2 months. She lives 300 miles away.

not from grade school, from high school one of my closest friends just moved back from north dakota where she moved to with her army husband after graduation, now that she has remarried and he is retiring they came home...we see each other every day now...and also about 12 others i keep iin touch with on a regular basis!!!

My 3 best friends are from gradeschool. We are all different ages but have stayed friends all these years. We see each other often and of course keep the phone lines busy. One is several years older than me, one a year younger and the other 2 years younger.

I still have my best friend from the 2nd grade. Been my best friends since the day we met., has to be about 28yrs ago now. We still call each other, text, or myspace all the time. We try n' see each other at least once a year. I'll be going to her wedding in Sept.

3 That I see, talk to periodically. We all went to grade school, jr. high, high school. Parents still live in the same neighborhood we grew up in. When my mom passed away all 3 came to her viewing and helped me clean out my mother's house.

Another one I talk to thru classmates.

Not really a friend but the first boy I ever had a crush on in my life doesn't live to far from his parents. I see him every once in awhile when I go home.
