So would you tell another woman if you saw her tampon string hanging out?

Why would I be looking at another womans crotch area??
And just how long is that dang string anyhow? How you gonna see it if she's wearing jeans?? I KNOW they aren't long enough to go up over the top of the jeans!!

She would have to be wearing a swimsuit or very short shorts if you can see it. Otherwise, I don't see how it can be a tampon string. Just say you have a string hanging, must be coming off your clothes and leave it at that.
