This is the one I have. It really isn't bad at all. Its kinda aggravating that the tubing is so long but at the same time, I am thankful it is so long...lol.

This is the one I used. I had to crop it to leave out the wound. It weighed the same, it was fairly small. The one at the hospital was bulky & loud...lol

Yours looks a bit bulkier then mine and more complicated. Mine is real simple. Start and stop...lol. I am sure you had a canister but I don't see it. My canister is kinda neat as it is see thru. I am sick like that...lol.
The canister is on the opposite end. It see through also. I mostly kept mine in the carrying case, I didn't want to see all the drainage.
It wasn't to difficult to operate.
I also keep mine in the case. But I am a bit weird and occassionally I unzip it and check it out...lol.
Oh Mary, I'm so sorry to hear that you are hurting. I always seem to miss some important information when I don't come around much :( Did you have surgery or something?
sending healing vibes your way. Hope you have a speedy recovery
At the time mine didn't. That was over 10 years ago with the first one. That's the one I'm talking about. With the first one I had a I.V. pole attached to it. Basically I really couldn't go anywhere. I could, but it was a pain to get the pole in the car. They've come a long way since then. The ones I've used over the past few years are more like a tens (sp) unit. I've had several of those as well.
