Smile Anyone want to join a lottery scatch off train?

    Hi
I was thinking it would be fun to start a scratch off lottery train. I would be willing to run the train. I was thinking we can start with 8 people. I will send (5) 1.00 lottery tickets to the fisrt person who joins. They can then take 1, 2 or all 5 tickets and then replace them with however many tickets they took from their state and mail to the next person on the list. This way you are guaranteed as long as everyone follows through of getting lottery tickets. Please email me with your name and address and will get together a list and we can start the train. If you are lucky enough to win you would mail your winning tickets to collect your winnings. Addresses are list on each states lottery website.

    Thanks

ok, this may be a dumb question, but how would you get any money you might win? Don't you have to turn them in in the state they are from?
    Maybe I'm missing something...

I am game I think lol. We would need to mail any winner tickets cause you can't cash them in a diff state so then you have to worry about the whole trust issue.

You can submit them by mail. However, you might want to find out if it is legal to send lottery tickets from one state to another.

I would think it would be OK. I often give lottery tickets as gifts. I thought it would be fun to get tickets from differents states. i checked out a few states PA, NY and CA and you can mail your winning tickets for payment.

This site might help. They're probably referring to big organized things and not people who give gifts and such but wth knows these days.
