What is always free that you will use coupons for and not buy if it isn't free?

ok, maybe they don't have them here in OK, but what in the world is a blinkie machine?

blinkie machines hang off the shelves they are red or black and have a little red blinking light on the side to alert you (or at least it alerts me lol) that there are coupons to be had. :D
