the links to the 3 free credit reports??
I got a letter today from my old pain center doctor that they had a break in and the guy managed to get ahold of hundreds of files containing ss numbers and all info in our files. So they advised us to check our credit report. I think I did one about a month or so ago. But can't remember all of them. Any help is greatly appreciated.

My DH got a letter also... from the company he used to work for, before he became a nurse. ("Schott Scientific Glass aka: Corning Glass)
That a laptop 'puter was stolen from a company car... and it contained all the plants employees payroll information, such as full names, SS numbers, addresses etc... and they also suggested we check his credit report.
We did, and all was fine... for now ! This is just another thing to worry about. What a pain !
We may look into putting a 'lock' on his credit... have to figure out what all that entails. Hope you don't have any problems from it !

Oh, BTW, that's the link we use too, it's the one the government sent out to check your credit every year.

there should be a place on there somewhere, I forget, you would have to look around. They had my ex on there also, and I disputed it and they took him off!!

In order to have people removed, you have to go to the FAQ section, the three report agency links are listed. My ex's current wife was listed on my report as an AKA. My ex was also listed on my report. I think I had to call them, then write a letter. They were both removed, along with everything linked to them
