Thread: So Today.....

I finish up my second week of school... It seems all we did all week was have quizzes, and in Culinary Foundations 1 we are now learning about Stocks and Sauces, so yesterday the Chefs did a demo, one of them even brought in soups from her morning class that she had made for us to sample, it was yummy... I get a 3 day weekend, so tomorrow is again a me day and Sun and Mon I have tons of homework to do that is due on Tues and Wed.
