I love deviled eggs, theyre easy to make, but a lil messy at the same time.
Don't drink and park, accidents cause people!

I always do one tray with black olives, green olives, mini sweet pickles and mini dill pickles. Then I do one tray of veggies (mini carrots, cucumbers, celery, broccoli, cauliflour) and veggie dip. Sometimes I do little smokies in bbq sauce, those are super easy. Deviled eggs are always a hit.

I do the same thing as Heidi pretty much....once in a while I will do little smokies wrapped in cut up refrigerated croissant dough (baked with reg. instructions) then just have a bowl of BBQ sauce for dipping

    I do roll ups---

Tortillas (now they have flavored ones too--like tomato or spinach)
    Cream cheese
    Hidden valley ranch seasoning packet
    Thin sliced deli meat
    Pimento cheese spread

Just mix the hidden valley ranch seasoning in the cream cheese until spreadable or simply buy the spreadable cream cheese, Spread on the tortillas, add deli meat, or pimento cheese spread and roll up. Add anything, green onions or anything like that. Secure with an appetizer toothpick.

I always do fruit kebobs - chunks of seasonal fruit on a kebob with a whip cream/cream cheese/any flavor jello dip.

    Baked Cheese Olives

    1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 tablespoons butter, softened
    1/2 cup all-purpose flour
    1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
In a small mixing bowl, combine cheese and butter or margarine. Stir flour and cayenne pepper into the cheese and butter mixture. Blend well. Wrap a tablespoon of dough around each green olive. Arrange the wrapped olives on a cookie sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.

    Wonderful!
