    Really easy salsa spread.

Take a package of cream cheese, place in a bowl, pour salsa over it. Bag of chips and you are done.

    This is awesome.
The oil is all in Texas, but the dipsticks are in D.C.

What about something easy like Brushetta??
    4-5 roma tomatoes
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    2 tablespoons finely chopped onions
    1 teaspoon chives
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 loaf Italian bread or French bread, sliced into 1 inch slices
    olive oil
    mozzarella cheese

Add together in a bowl: diced tomatos, crushed garlic, onion, chives, olive oil, and cheese.
    Mix well.

Brush the tops of the bread with olive oil and then top with the tomato mixture and cheese.

Broil on middle rack until cheese is melted and bubbly.

I've got a veggie they will eat...Take a pint or two of cherry tomates and poke a few holes in them and place hole side down in a glass pan/dish..pour in some vodka in and allow to sit in the fridge, to soak up the vodka... Place on a dish and garnish with sea salt and cracked pepper..and tooth picks...Very tastey..Like Mini Bloody Marys....

    Here's the one I make:

    BUFFALO CHICKEN CHEESE DIP

    3 boneless skinless chicken breast
1 jar Marzetti's blue cheese or ranch
1/4 cup Nance's buffalo wing sauce mild
    1 8-oz.pkg. cream cheese softened
    Tabasco sauce (optional)

Boil chicken until tender (let Cool). Then shred or chop finely. Mix together dressing and Buffalo sauce. Use Tabasco sauce to fire it up to your desire. Spread cream cheese in a 9x13 baking dish. Mix chicken in to dressing. Then pour over chicken mixture over cream cheese evenly. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Let cool and serve with Tostitos Dips tortilla chips.

i take about 8 chicken tenders or two breasts, i cut it up and cook it in a pan with an onion, to get some good flavors going. (i prefer the flavor of chicken cooked this way as to "canned " chicken or boiled chicken like some recipes call for, but its up to you!)
mix that with two 8oz crm cheese pkg and 3/4 cup of hot wing sauce and one cup of marzetti's chunky blue cheese dressing (the BEST blue cheese!)

i mix all of that together and put it into a small crock pot for dipping and i put the "scoops" chips with it and its usually gone very quickly!

super easy to make and the best part is that you can control how hot it is or how blu cheesy it is, thats just a general recipe, keep adding until you are happy with the flavor!

I also do the velvetta cheese dip with an extra part.....
I cook about a lb of hamburger with diced onion and a clove of garlic and then add two cans of rotel tomatos---drain one but reserve the juice in case your cheese is too thick---melt the cheese in the microwave and dump everything in. Easy and goes very quickly. Now I think I have to make this again. It's been a loooooooong time.

Also do cream cheese dip----two or three blocks of cream cheese, a big dollop of sour cream (to mix easier), clove of garlic minced very fine, two or three packages of buddig ham chopped up, 5 or 6 green onions finely chopped. Mix it all together and serve with sociables crackers. I usually make a ton of this for holidays and I never have any left over for the next day. I think I have a bunch of pigs around here lol
    Insert cute phrase here
