Nothing. The schools in Irving give grandparents raising grandchildren and single parents a free turkey every year. So our family didn't have to pay for the turkey. I would have payed for it, though. The ham on the other hand... that's almost a hundred bucks. We all pitch in and buy a ham from Honey Baked Hams.

We got our whole Thanksgiving dinner provided to us by our tribe. They gave us a Thanksgiving basket last week with everything we'll need.

Safeway had them for .27 a pound with a 25.00 purchase which was great. My husband got a gift card for a turkey there and it bought the whole meal.

Nothing. I have 3 turkeys so far. One left over in the freezer from Easter. That was free. The school gave us a 22lb. turkey. The church gave us a 14lb. one. And I still have to redeem my coupon at the grocery store for my free one.

We will be eating turkey for a long time.

I got a free coupon from Krogers for a 20 lb...last year I was getting them free from all over the place...I just started handing them to people in the stores...lol...they were surprised but I had nowhere to store them. I love doing that!
