Well it's official......
As of Jan. 5 2009 I am on my way to becoming a Chef, the tour went very well. When I complete the school I will have an Associates in Occupational Science degree... I go back tomorrow and fill out all the financial aid paperwork... I'm gonna be taking nighttime classes...
OH My, I'm a 45 year old student...LOLIf you obey all the rules, you miss all the fun.

thats awesome sheila, i've always loved to cook and always wanted to go to a culinary school myself. about 20 miles down the road is the pennsylvania culinary institute, i'd go but its not possible with the kids and hubby. Maybe you can send me some new recipes you learn, lol! again, Congratulations, and i think its wonderful that at no matter what age you are following your dreams
