Do you buy stuff just because......
Do you buy stuff just because it is FAR or really cheap and you really dont need it?
I have so many shampoos and deoderants under my sink they go bad before I use them..The only reason they are there is because I got them free!
My closet is full of toothbrushes and tooth paste.
An example would be...do I really need anything from walgreens rebate book this month?
Well there are at least 6 items that are free! i can make money on all the items(more than I pd) but do I need any of it really???
Ummm NOOOO
But of course I still buy it....why?

I use everything I get like that most of the time, but when I don't think I will I donate it to the woman's shelter I volunteer at.

I do the same thing. I am using some suave coupons now a few each time I go shopping. When the coupons are all gone, I'll have 80 assorted suave shampoos, deodorants, and body wash products.
I used a bunch of nexcare coupons-- and now have about 60 boxes of bandaids in assorted styles. (regular, waterproof, and large size)
I am just waiting on the colgate toothbrush coupon to come out again. The last time I bought 50 toothbrushes using 75 cent off coupons so I only paid 25 cents per toothbrush.
My toothpaste stock is getting low again, so I need to find some good coupon deals.

I have in the past when I had the time for coupons and lists to keep track. I work full time and so does dh now and we just stopped using coupons altogether and watching those ads for FAR items and double discounts.
I need to ge back into it asap

If its free or pennies.. I get it.. my closet looks like yours...lol
but you will never have to run out and pay full price.. you have it on hand incase someone else needs it
I make goodie boxes for people all the time.... sometimes I trade the items.. sometimes I donate it locally to people who need it...
I ain't from the south... but I got here as fast as I could!

No the only way I do it is if I need it. If I know it is going to go to waste I wont because money is too tight. I did go to Shaws yesterday and stocked up on food that was on sale and saved a bundle that I will do because I know it will get used.
