My sister wasn't home schooled, but mom says she never had any of that with her either.

Yes they all have their moments & try to test you. Just work through it & teach them what's right.

I do not know where you grew up, or what children you are around... but you have the wrong idea if you think a teenager should cause issues just because they are teens. That is not normal; or at least it should not be.
My son is almost 19 (in October) and he has never once given me trouble. He has always been a great child.
He was valedictorian this year, and does volunteer work, is on the city counsel, the refinery liasson for our community, and can cook. He even corrected the state exit exam.
So, yes: he really does know it all.
My 11 year old does not push my buttons, she knows how to treat adults. She can argue with her brother: but again, she really knows what she speaks of.

If your child is gving you issues and she is just 13 or 14, then somewhere you lost control of your family.

I don't think she meant major issues just typical teenage stuff like maybe not wanting to clean her room but she does it. Stuff like that. Thats what I was talking about. Nothing major or earth shattering. Just trying to test the waters. But knowing how far they can go.

Why are you "allowed" to follow her around and post everywhere behind her but yet you aren't considered "stalking" her but everyone else is. Could that be because you agree with every single thing she says...hmmm? Just asking.

I don't agree with everything she says but it seemed clear to me what she was trying to say.

Congrats to your daughter on the grades! Just remember when she acts like the typical teenager, this too shall pass LOL. My kids are far from perfect and I am glad they aren't,but they still get great grades and love their parents and have respect for others. My middle son goes to the soup kitchen during the weekends to volunteer,my oldest son has been helping with Habitat for Humanity since he was 10,he is now 16.Even my 11 yr old daughter with autism, does her part for community; she colors pictures for the ladies in a retirement home and has made close friends with one of them, every Wednesday and Saturday we visit her and my daughter brushes her hair for her. The best advice I got from my mom and dad was dont sweat the small stuff when it comes to raising kids especially in the teenage years. I know my parents know it all, they raised 8 kids. Again congrats to your daughter and you!
A dog is not almost human , I know of no greater insult to a canine than to describe it as such.
