What would you do?
If you found out that your "minor" daughter was having sex with an adult male (18 or older) what would you do? What if she got pregnant? Would it be ok? Would you press charges? Is it ok with you that she is having sex at all?
I am not saying that kids should be persecuted for having sex, it happens, but what I am asking is, she is a minor and he is an adult.. how you would handle it?

I definitely don't think a man or woman 5, 10, or more years older should be dating a minor ever. But I don't think if two 16 or older teenagers, that are a year or two apart and have been seriously dating, accidentally get pregnant that someone should press statutory rape on one or the other. I believe theres a difference.

Depends on both the ages. If she is 17 and he is say 19, well no I would not file charges. But say she is 14 and he is 30, you bet your ass I would. need more info for a definitive answer.

Truth? I would beat the he!! out of both of them. Real world? Try to be calm and sit them down and discuss consequences...1. pregnancy 2. Do you have an education and a job to pay for a baby and support the mother? 3. Are you mature enough to handle a baby 24/7? 4. Crotch rot!!!!! 5. Penis falls off because of sex with minors. 6. Cauliflower crack...ewww 7. If they are mature enough for sex then get a dang job so they can buy birth control so the state they live in doesn't have to support them. I hope this helps a little. Well, my brother would have gone to jail instead of getting married and now having three grown children and 11 grandchildren after 44 years of marriage.
The jails would be full if all these guys were put in jail. Let them marry and if it's love it will last.
The talk needs to come before your girl starts dating.
OH, the ages were 17 and 20.
