SIGN UPS~Secret Pal swap July~Dec. 2008

OMG!!
After reading that my package had been delivered I checked my front porch. Mind you we hardly ever use the front door and most of my packages are left by the garage door which is the entrance we use.
I did get my package, I'm so sorry, I didn't know:(

I believe my pal KNOWS I love coffee ;)
I got
4 packages of flavored coffee
A tin of pastries, Not sure what they are called, I'm to pooped to get up and check LOL
A pretty caddy filled with stationary, address book, note pad and notebook that has cafe' decor all over them
The cutest magnet that says something about friends drink coffee together LOL
A set of coasters that match the magnet
And, a bag of bird seed for my tiels , They say thank you, well not really but they do the wolf whistle for you;)

I got my SP goodies yesterday. 2 different scents for WallFlowers (one of my favorite scent,the other is my daughters) High school Musical chewy snack bars..yeah, gone as soon as I opened the box lol HSM erasers, stickers, samples ( I like the Brillo scrubbers) and a tart warmer.THANK YOU!

hey DBD -- check out yankee candle (if you have one close enough ... if not, online then)... not sure if it's still going on, but YC has tarts BOGOF, so $1.00 each.

You have cockatiels Galeane29? How many? My sister has two, a male and a female. The male Pauly is soooo sweet. He does the whistle too. It's so funny you walk into the room and he whistles lol. I always tell him thank-you! He now meows like the cat too lol. Pauly also says a few words. He will get on your shoulder and whisper "I'm a pretty bird"! The female, her name is Sweetie. She loves pizza lol. She will help herself lol.

DBD if you ever go to North Baltimore, on sat or sun 1st shift,stop in the Iron Skillet on I-75 for coffee. My mom works there on the weekends. She works the counters and her name is Gerri. She would love to meet you. Anyone else that would like to stop and say Hello, she would love it too. Mom is losing her job at the factory after almost 40 years. It might just make her day meeting someone from here.

I have cockatiels also, 3 of them. 2 females and a male. The male smudge does the whistle, but mainly when you are half dressed or naked..lol I call him a perv all the time. He likes to say pretty bird.. and sometimes just sits there and says pretty pretty pretty over and over till we talk to him and tell him yes.. you are a pretty bird.. :rolling

They are so funny

LOL I think Pauly might be a Perv too. But it is nice to get the whistle.

My pal is the best! Today I got my package. It was the greatest package ever! I got a beautiful purple shirt and a nightlight which I can cover with material and customize it for my home. I was just telling DH we needed one with his brother here. We have lived here for years and could walk around blind lol.
Plus I got the most precious braclet. It is one of those braclets that you can replace parts with pieces that mean something special to you. Don't know what they are called, but I just love it. My pal even started me out with one link that says I love Sales lol. How did you know? And another link that says Grandma! I never want to take it off, EVER!!! THANK-YOU THANK-YOU THANK-YOU!!! I will cherish it forever. I've already decided I need another piece that says PAL!

awwww this round has been great..it's awesome to see the fun and neat gifts everyone is sending to each other!! I can't wait for December...I need to shop for my secret pal.. I guess we reveal ourselves then right?? WAH...I don't want this round to end!!

I came home from work today to 2 packages on my door.

One was a tea infuser with a dip cup. And in the other package were very nice tea glasses.

Just in time for some sugar cookie tea!
