since I've been slacking all morning, I'm making chinese roast chicken, rice, and chinese green bean stir fry...and if the kids are lucky, I'll go to the store and buy some fortune cookies

It's been a cruddy kinda 'too full' day... late last night we did Burger King, we had a coupon to but 1 get 1 free on that new steakhouse burger thing, so, we got two... they are HUGE !! The meat must be 1/2 pound, and, it's square, it's as big as three decks of cards laying side by side ! I was still feeling it this morning...lol, neither of us have been too hungry all day.
I did make a HUGE platter of peanut butter fudge last night... omg, it's too good !"We had to get rid of the kids, the DOG was allergic!"

Ohhhhh I made some of those once, home made, from pie crust - was interesting! With pink/red sprinkles for valentines day
